California Transparency in Supply Chains Act Disclosure

(California Civil Code § 1714.43)

Regency Fibers is committed to conducting business ethically and responsibly. In accordance with the California Transparency in Supply Chains Act of 2010, the following disclosure describes Regency Fibers’ efforts to address the risk of human trafficking and forced labor in its supply chain.

1. Supply Chain Verification

Regency Fibers does not currently engage in formal, third-party verification of its supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking or forced labor. The Company primarily sources raw materials from established domestic suppliers and long-standing commercial partners.

2. Supplier Audits

Regency Fibers does not conduct independent or unannounced audits of suppliers specifically focused on human trafficking or forced labor compliance.

3. Supplier Certifications

Regency Fibers does not currently require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into its products comply with laws regarding human trafficking and forced labor in the countries in which they operate.

4. Internal Accountability Standards

Regency Fibers maintains internal policies and procedures governing ethical conduct and compliance with applicable laws. Employees who violate Company policies or applicable laws may be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment. At this time, the Company does not maintain a standalone policy specifically addressing human trafficking or forced labor within its supply chain.

5. Training

Regency Fibers does not currently provide specialized training on human trafficking or forced labor to employees or management with direct responsibility for supply-chain management.

Ongoing Review

Regency Fibers continues to evaluate its business practices and supply-chain relationships and may enhance its policies, procedures, or disclosures as appropriate.
